This series consists of enrollment registers. The records, submitted on Standard Form 5-932, list students enrolled in the Flandreau Indian School. Volumes 1 - 3 contain information for the years 1900 - 1912, grades 1 - 8. Volume 4 includes information for 1926, grades 3 - 10. The information in the records includes the student's name; the age; the tribe and reservation; the parents' names; the post office; the railway station; the church affiliation; the personal or government travel and clothing expenses; the date of enrollment; and the date dropped. Volume 1 also includes a second section listing enrollment information concerning the maximum days of attendance possible; the actual days attended; the number of runaways; the number of students hospitalized; the number expelled; the number sent home and the number of deaths. Grade designations for individual students are provided in Volume 4.
